About optimizing wellness and health using more traditional
medicines in combination with Western knowledge. These are
medically-based and biophysically oriented rather than a
spiritual or metaphysical in nature including events, research,
trainings, local and nation-wide opportunities, and things to
think about.
3.) Adult & Seniors Newsletter
About issues concerning healthy adults, seniors and their
families and those struggling with specific concerns.
Information will include current research, events in the area,
outreach for care, local resources. Empirically supported
interventions are also provided, but all information would be in
an informative manner.
